Casamar

Casamar is a premier luxury residential development located directly on the shoreline of Pompano Beach. With sweeping Atlantic Ocean views, fluid architectural lines, and high-end amenity spaces, the tower is designed to offer a seamless blend of coastal living and contemporary design.

The building’s curvilinear façade and extensive use of glass required a high degree of precision across all glazing systems. From the unitized curtain walls to balcony guardrails and amenity-level storefronts, the project demanded thoughtful detailing and alignment with both performance requirements and aesthetic intent.

Ananta was responsible for producing all architectural glass drawings and engineering documentation. Our scope included system detailing, product selection, and coordination for over a dozen glass types and assemblies across the tower’s elevation and podium levels.

We worked closely with the contractor and design teams to ensure our documents supported Florida's strict coastal wind load standards and streamlined the approval and fabrication process. Casamar’s form and location made documentation accuracy critical — reducing field conflicts and maintaining construction velocity.

By delivering fully coordinated, buildable glass packages, Ananta helped transform Casamar’s design ambition into a structurally sound and visually striking reality.
