The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas

Las Vegas, Nevada

Luxury Mixed-Use Resort and Casino

6.4 million square feet

The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas is a defining example of vertical resort development in one of the world’s most demanding urban environments. Rising 52 stories above the Strip, the mixed-use towers include luxury hotel rooms, private residences, restaurants, retail spaces, and a casino — all tightly integrated into a narrow footprint wedged between neighboring skyscrapers.

The design is marked by its iconic glass façade, which shifts color with the desert light and provides expansive views across the Las Vegas Valley. The project's density and architectural ambition created extreme constraints on both logistics and engineering tolerances.

Ananta supported the project by providing full-service façade engineering documentation, including architectural glass drawings, detail coordination, structural calculations, and system component selection. Our team worked closely with the general contractor, glaziers, and architects to develop fabrication-ready documentation, submittals, and support for permitting.

From bespoke balcony glass layouts to wind-load analysis for corner curtain walls, we were tasked with solving complex façade geometries under tight timelines and high-visibility conditions. Our coordination contributed to the seamless integration of curtain wall, railing, and storefront systems — critical to delivering the visual lightness and premium feel the Cosmopolitan is known for.
